Pamela Vavra is a passionate Education Queensland (EQ) teacher aide with two years of experience in Secondary Education, where she currently supports students with diverse learning needs. Pamela brings a wealth of knowledge to her role, including expertise in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) systems, and has successfully worked with students who have varied communication and learning challenges. In addition to her professional experience, Pamela’s personal journey as a mother to a daughter with ADHD and a Speech Language Impairment has deepened her commitment to helping all students. She is skilled in making curriculum and assessment adjustments to ensure every learner has the opportunity to succeed. Pamela’s devotion to creating inclusive learning environments is driven by her desire to empower students to reach their full potential, regardless of their challenges.
