Conference Scholarships Applications - Now Closed

On behalf of the Organising Committee, we are pleased to open the applications for the AGOSCI 2025 conference scholarships. This scholarship is to enable individuals to increase their knowledge, understanding and/or skills in the area of communication support by attending the AGOSCI 2025 Conference.

FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS:

Concession Registration 

The concession rate is for people who have a Government Concession card, person who uses AAC, a parent of an AAC user, a full-time student or a retiree.

DAY REGISTRATIONS: 

Day Registration  

Inclusive of: 

  • All sessions on the nominated day 
  • Mobile Conference app 
  • Catering: Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea 

Social Functions are excluded. Tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner can be purchased.



  • Registration confirmation 
    • Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation attaching a tax invoice and receipt. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees. 

 

  • Name badge 
    • Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk.  The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.  The Conference Managers expect appropriate behaviour from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.


  • Credit Card 
    • Attendees can select to pay via credit card upon registration. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard, Visa and American Express.  Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by Arinex’. 

  • EFT/Invoice 
    • Payment via EFT will be available from the registration open date and will close one (1) month prior to the conference. Attendees will receive an invoice for the registration fee within their registration confirmation email that is sent upon completion of the registration form. Payment via EFT is required within 14 days from the date of invoice. 

Registrations with outstanding EFT payments over 14 days, will be advised of cancellation if payment is not received within 7 days of notification.  



Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers by emailing register.agosciconference@arinexgroup.com 

 

Conference Registration Fees: 

  • Cancellations on or before Thursday 12 December 2024 will incur a A$150.00 cancellation fee. 
  • Cancellations from Friday 13 December 2024 to Thursday 30 January 2025 will incur a 50% total registration cancellation fee. 
  • Cancellations on or after Friday 31 January 2025 will receive no refund. 

 

Social Registration Fees: 

  • Cancellations on or after Friday 31 January 2025 will receive no refund. 

 

Workshop Registration Fees: 

  • Cancellations on or after Friday 31 January 2025 will receive no refund.

The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.

The Conference Managers of AGOSCI 2025 reserve the right to remove from the venue/Event at any time any attendee deemed to be causing, or potentially causing, a disturbance or exhibiting disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.  Such removal does not constitute a right to refund of any fees paid.
