AGOSCI 2025
We have done our best to ensure that the conference is as accessible as possible for everyone.  We know that there may be some things we have missed. Please contact agosciconference@arinexgroup.com if you have any questions or feedback about accessibility.

There will be captioning on the presentations.  The captioning will be generated by AI.  This means that at times, there may be some errors with how accurately the text is transcribed.

Meals can be modified to suit different texture requirements.  Please speak to the conference managers about your texture modification requirements.

Potential limits to accessibility:

There may be lines for food and beverages during breaks.  This is difficult to avoid.  If you would prefer to wait to avoid the line, please know that the food and beverage stations will be topped up during the breaks, so you won’t miss out.

There will be some limited seating available, including lounges and coffee tables set up in quieter areas. Please let a volunteer know if the seating option you need is not available.  We will do our best to try to provide enough for everyone, but this may not be possible.

Staff at the Convention Centre have been provided with information about communicating with people with communication disability but not all staff at the Convention Centre have received communication access training.
