Nick has been teaching in special schools in Queensland and Victoria for 13 years. He has worked as a teacher, Literacy Coach, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Coach and Learning Specialist. He currently works as the Assistant Principal for Curriculum and Assessment at Springvale Park Special Developmental School in Melbourne. Nick is passionate about developing literacy and AAC skills in students with disabilities, and supports and mentors teachers in special schools to do the same.
