Lilla is a Consultant Speech Pathologist at Liberator. She previously worked as a disability support worker, which shaped her practical understanding of the needs of individuals with communication support needs. She presented at the AGOSCI Conference in 2019 and holds both a Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) and a Master of Audiology Studies from The University of Queensland. She also served as an AGOSCI State Representative for Queensland in 2023-2024 and regularly assists with organising and hosting AGOSCI events.
