Laurence Byrne is a 33 year old man living with athetoid cerebral palsy. Exercise has always been a big part of his life, beginning with Percussion Point Therapy as an infant and Conductive Education at school. As an adult he enjoys going to the gym, the pool, sailing and riding a trike. Being in nature is important to him. He is also a seasoned traveller and in 2024 was part of an 11,000 km road trip through northern Australia.
