Jemma is Associate Professor and discipline lead for Speech Pathology at Deakin. She has led the development of the Master of Speech Pathology course. Jemma has over 20 years of clinical, research and teaching experience in speech pathology. Jemma's research has focussed on health systems and services research, health professions education, clinical learning and student learning and assessment in higher education settings, with a particular interest in clinical competency development and feedback. She is an experienced qualitative researcher and has expertise in using methods that include collaboration and co-design.
