Bronwen has worked for over 40 years primarily with adults with complex communication needs and severe and multiple disabilities. Much of her work has focused on skill development for direct support staff. She has a strong belief in the positive difference close teams with dedicated team leaders can have on communication opportunities and the communication environment. She has deep respect for the importance of social and communication history held by families and friends, specifically on supporting inclusive interaction for those at risk of social isolation.
