Brenton Ponza is an athlete, disability advocate, presenter, fundraiser, and research advisor with lived experience of cerebral palsy. He communicates using augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). In 2024, Brenton was honoured as Boroondara Citizen of the Year for his local council in Victoria. He was recognised for his significant contributions to the Boroondara community, where he has volunteered for five years. Beyond his passion for inclusive sports, Brenton actively shares his personal experiences to aid research and support those living with cerebral palsy.
